We regret that we cannot supply any orders to the USA, Israel, Sweden or New Zealand. If any order is placed from these countries the order will be cancelled and any funds paid refunded, minus a small administration fee for the additional work of completing the refund process. We accept no responsibility for any packages sent once they are posted. The only exceptions to this are when orders are made by a tracked method such as Special delivery, International Signed For or Airsure. Orders placed with this method of delivery will be replaced and re-posted free of charge in the event that they go missing, on confirmation by the delivery company. Orders seized by customs will not be replaced however they are sent, you must check that you can import the products purchased. It is your responsibility to deal with customs agents if an improper seizure is performed.
